Ripfumelo Kamogelo Maluleke is the Founder and Director of RKM Attorneys and RKM Properties, with a focused practice in estate administration, property transactions, and legal process coordination.
She has developed extensive practical experience working closely with the Master of the High Court South Africa, where he has been actively involved in the administration of deceased estates, including the preparation and lodgement of estate documentation, liaising with the Master’s Office, and ensuring compliance with statutory processes.
Through this experience, Ripfumelo has gained a strong working knowledge of estate procedures, regulatory requirements, and the operational dynamics of the Master’s Office—enabling her to efficiently navigate complex estate matters and support clients through often sensitive and time-critical processes.
In addition to her estate administration expertise, she is actively involved in property-related transactions and cross-border structuring initiatives, positioning RKM as a growing player in both the South African and broader regional property markets, including Botswana.
